Chop the onion and potatoes and put into the slow cooker. Drain and rinse the corn and add to the slow cooker. Add the diced chiles AND all the liquid in the cans, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together briefly and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Calories: 624 per one-quarter recipe. Honestly too much calories for the amount of fill and enjoyment provided.
